Working conditions
100% remote throughout Germany, up to 20 hours per week and flexible working hours.

Your tasks

Depending on your strengths, you will work on topics including:

• Developing new functions for our recruiting platforms
• Supporting internal web applications and tools
• Automating recurring processes
• Developing interfaces (APIs)
• Optimizing existing systems
• Supporting databases and servers
• Contributing to AI projects (OpenAI, automations and AI agents)
• Developing internal dashboards
• Testing new functions
• Documentation and technical optimizations
• Supporting cloud and hosting projects
• Independently implementing small development projects

What you should bring

• Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree program
• Initial programming experience, for example PHP, JavaScript, Python or C#
• Interest in web development and modern technologies
• An independent and structured way of working
• Motivation to learn new things
• Good German language skills
