Role and workplace

bitop AG is looking for an enrolled student for a part-time working-student position starting immediately in Dortmund. Pay is 1.300 - 1.500 € per month. The role is for an all-rounder who enjoys varied work and can move between reception, back-office support, packing and shipping, organisation and occasional marketing. The site is in Dortmund-Hörde, between a nature reserve and the Phoenix West industrial monument; well-behaved office dogs are explicitly welcome.

What you will do

  • Reception: When covering for colleagues, you are the point of contact for visitors and suppliers, take calls, answer emails and help create a professional first impression of bitop AG.
  • Back office: Support the teams with general office and administrative work so everyday processes run smoothly.
  • Shipping and packing: Pack small parcels and samples carefully and reliably for dispatch.
  • Organisation: Handle smaller organisational tasks, help prepare and follow up on appointments, and support wherever there is current need.
  • Marketing: Contribute occasionally to marketing tasks and bring your own ideas.

What you bring

You enjoy diverse, changing duties and work reliably, flexibly and with agility. You keep an overview when priorities change, take initiative and have a hands-on, team-oriented approach. You must be enrolled as a student. Very good German and English, both spoken and written, are required. Confident use of MS Office is desirable.
