Phönix Stellenangebote GmbH is looking for a working student in IT, software development and automation. The role is 100% remote within Germany, with flexible working hours and up to 20 hours per week. More hours may be possible during semester breaks.
You may work on new functions for recruiting platforms, internal web applications and tools, recurring-process automation, APIs, existing-system optimisation, databases and servers, AI projects involving OpenAI, automations and AI agents, internal dashboards, testing, documentation, cloud and hosting projects, and small development projects.
You should be studying computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject, have initial programming experience with PHP, JavaScript, Python or C#, and be interested in web development and modern technologies. An independent, structured way of working, willingness to learn and good German skills are required.
Additional experience with Git or GitHub, MySQL or PostgreSQL, HTML or CSS, REST APIs, Docker, Linux, AI tools, or automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier is helpful but not required.
The company develops its own systems for automating recruiting processes, operating job boards and improving internal workflows. The role includes modern hardware, real software projects, direct collaboration with management, creative freedom and a possible opportunity to continue with the company after graduation. Applicants can send a CV, GitHub profile or examples of previous projects. Grades are described as less important than motivation to develop software.
Company: Phönix Stellenangebote GmbH, Rebstöckerstraße 64, 60326 Frankfurt am Main.
