Together with its specialized subsidiaries, it provides municipalities, companies and private customers with energy solutions and reliable energy and communications technology. HanseWerk AG is seeking a working student in committee management for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board at its Quickborn location, starting at the earliest possible date. A fixed calendar start date is not provided.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of topics for the Executive Board and committees, including the Supervisory Board and General Meeting, from initial structure through final presentation.
  • Create and further develop management-ready presentations.
  • Consolidate and prepare information from different areas of the company.
  • Quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and support their structured preparation.
  • Condense complex content into clear, decision-relevant messages.
  • Contribute to dynamic coordination processes with occasional short-notice adjustments.

Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a degree programme, for example in business, law, public management or a related field.
  • Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and prepare content in a structured way.
  • Very good judgement for clear, concise presentation, especially in PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility and resilience in an environment with changing requirements and tight timings.
  • Careful working style combined with high standards for quality and pace.
  • Curiosity and motivation to gain deep insight into company-wide relationships and decision-making processes.

What to expect

You should enjoy quickly familiarising yourself with new topics and working with incomplete information. Structured processes are used where useful; much of the work develops through discussion and joint refinement. Feedback loops and short-notice changes are part of everyday work and should not slow you down. A large part of the role involves iteratively developing and sharpening content, including under time pressure. In return, the role provides an unusually deep insight into company-wide topics and management-level decision-making processes.

Working hours, salary and application route are not provided in the source.
