• Developing new functions for recruiting platforms
• Supporting internal web applications and tools
• Automating recurring processes
• Developing interfaces and APIs
• Optimising existing systems
• Supporting databases and servers
• Contributing to AI projects involving OpenAI, automations, and AI agents
• Developing internal dashboards
• Testing new functions
• Documentation and technical optimisation
• Supporting cloud and hosting projects
• Independently implementing small development projects

Requirements: An ongoing degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable subject; initial programming experience, for example with PHP, JavaScript, Python, or C#; an interest in web development and modern technologies; an independent and structured working style; motivation to learn; and good German skills.

Optional plus points: Git / GitHub, MySQL or PostgreSQL, HTML / CSS, REST APIs, Docker, Linux, AI tools, and automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
