About the role

envia Mitteldeutsche Energie AG (enviaM) is a leading regional energy service provider in eastern Germany. Its Baumanagement team is responsible for planning, building and maintaining all properties of the enviaM Group. The team works directly on each project, from initial design planning through approval procedures, tendering and awarding. Projects can include office buildings and substations. During implementation, the team keeps construction execution, the budget and compliance with all legal requirements in view. Baumanagement teams work at the locations Chemnitz, Markkleeberg, Halle and Cottbus. For the Brandenburg area, enviaM is seeking a working student to support this broad area of work.

Your tasks

  • Support engineers with the planning and implementation of new-build and maintenance measures.
  • Contribute to planning work, tenders, cost overviews and project documents.
  • Accompany construction-site appointments and document construction progress.
  • Maintain plans, as-built documentation and project-related data.

In practical terms, the role combines support with project preparation, orderly maintenance of project information and recording progress at construction sites. This gives you contact with both project documentation and the implementation of construction and maintenance measures.

What you bring

  • You study civil engineering, architecture or a comparable subject from the third semester onward.
  • You are curious, committed and motivated to contribute actively to several of these areas.
  • You work in a structured, careful and independent way.
  • You work reliably in a team, contribute your own ideas and are prepared to take responsibility for their implementation.
  • You are confident using common MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook; knowledge of AVA software is an advantage.
  • Very good German skills are required.

Stated benefits

  • Modern work equipment and a digital, innovative working environment.
  • Company events.
  • Fitness and health offers.
  • Catering at the main locations, including a range of meals and snacks.
  • An LGBTQ+ friendly environment in which everyone is welcome.
  • Employee discounts with partner companies.
  • Parking and electric-vehicle charging points.
  • Smart Offices where you can work undisturbed.
  • Personal development opportunities.
